Formerly known as AKIDA, the Indonesian Inorganic Basic Chemicals Association, we are proud to announce that as of May 6, 2025, we will officially be known as APKIDA – the Association of Basic Inorganic Chemical Manufacturers in Indonesia. This change marks a new chapter in
our journey to better reflect our mission, membership, and nationalrelevance.

With a growing network of 41 member companies spanning state-owned enterprises (BUMN), national private (PMDN), and joint ventures (PMA), APKIDA stands as the leading voice and platform for Indonesia’s basic inorganic chemical sector.

Our new tagline, “Connect, Collaborate, and Grow”, captures our core purpose:

• Connect: Bridging the gap between industry and government, ensuring policies and regulations support sustainable development.
• Collaborate: Encouraging synergy among manufacturers to share knowledge, resources, and innovation.
